What is StockFund?

StockFund turns tokenized stocks into funded, collectible on-chain positions on BNB Chain. Each position is a Stock Card with its own serial, generation, backing and standing bid.

What is a funded position?

A funded position pairs a stock token amount with BNB backing. The backing is what stands behind the card: it defines the standing bid a holder can take instead of claiming the stock itself.

What is BNB backing?

BNB backing is the amount of BNB you place behind a position when depositing. More backing means a stronger card and a higher bid floor, but a lower relative pool weight.

What is a Stock Card?

The visual and collectible representation of a position: company, ticker, serial, amount, backing, standing bid, power score and rarity (Common, Rare, Epic, Legendary, Genesis).

How does the pool work?

The pool holds up to 512 active positions. Weight = (100 − bid) × (1 + BNB backing) × 10. Lower backing percentages receive higher weight; stronger backing receives lower weight.

Is the wallet connection real?

Yes. Your address, BNB balance and network are read directly from your wallet via wagmi + viem, and StockFund switches you to BNB Chain automatically. StockFund never asks for your seed phrase or private key.

How will real contracts work?

Every position action (create, repack, unwrap, cancel) runs through one protocol service module, so the same interface powers your positions across the app.
